Suggested name correction - Small Harry Lloyd. The handwriting on the image is somewhat unclear but I am researching this family and believe that this is Harry. See also 1901:

Subdistrict: Himsworth (North/Nord - South/Sud) T-4 Page 6 Lines 4 to 8.

Suggested date corrections - From the image he was 16, not 14, b. 1894, not 1897. His dob was 11 September 1894 per the 1901 census, his 1942 US draft card and 1973 US Social Security death registration. His full name was Harry Lloyd Small.
