Line 26: enumerator wrote `head` over son-in-law but did not change relationships for rest of his family (note added by: Robin)

From me (Debra Switzer Dirks):
Line 22 Halley, Charles – surname is Hatley.
Line 26 Marks, Samuel is the son-in-law of Charles. Matilda is Charles & Rachel’s daughter.

Hello Robin,

I have posted some requests for correction and added a footnote.

Another adjudicator will evaluate those requests and update.

Thanks for your message,

Michel Dubois, Quebec city.

The corrections have been reviewed and accepted. Have you found them in 1901? If so, we would be happy link the records between the two censuses.

Thank you both. Mark

The above is the 1901 census page for Charles Hatley.

Hi Debra -

The family is now linked between 1901 and 1911. Based upon your information, I have also corrected the 1901 surname to Hatley. (It is almost impossible to distinguish between tt and tl for many enumerators.)

Also, based upon seeing Wesley in 1901, I have added a suggested correction to remove the ? after Wessley in 1911. Perhaps Michel will review this suggestion.

Thanks! Mark
